  1. Hi Adam
I’m in the process of purchasing a samsung S20 for my business & personal use.
I’ve had a samsung edge for a few years.
My business hub are setting the phone up for me, transferring everything over etc.
The one main issue is that I cannot seem to receive notifications from my Facebook business page.
I’m constantly missing messages from potential clients because I cannot seem to get the phone to notify me when someone messages my business page.
My page is connected to my personal Facebook & my personal messenger notifications come through, but none from my page?
Do you have any suggestions for how to fix this?
It’s detrimental to my business to keep missing these messages!
Your input would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

  2. Hey Kirsty, it doesn’t seem like your Samsung phone is responsible for this, I insist you check the Notifications settings of the Facebook Business page which is not sending messages and notifications, open the Facebook Business Page>Settings>Notifications, from here you can easily manage all the notifications. Hope this helps!
